


Day 1: Marrakech – High Atlas – Ait Ben Haddou – Draa Valley – Zagora
Your journey begins with an early departure from Marrakech, crossing the spectacular High Atlas Mountains via the Tizi n’Tichka Pass. Along the way, enjoy panoramic views of Berber villages and dramatic mountain landscapes.
We visit the famous Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of Morocco’s most iconic fortified villages. After lunch, we continue south toward the lush Draa Valley, home to Morocco’s longest palm oasis and ancient kasbahs.
By late afternoon, we arrive in Zagora, the gateway to the Sahara. Dinner and overnight stay in a traditional hotel or riad.
Day 2: Zagora – Tamegroute – M’hamid – Erg Chigaga (Off-Road Adventure)
After breakfast, we travel to Tamegroute, known for its historic Quranic library and traditional green pottery. We then continue toward M’hamid, the last village before the deep desert.
From here, the adventure becomes truly off-road. Crossing vast stone deserts, dry riverbeds, and open plains, we journey deep into the Sahara toward the remote dunes of Erg Chigaga.
Upon arrival, enjoy a camel walk across the dunes and watch the sunset over the desert. Dinner and overnight in a traditional desert camp, with music around the campfire under a star-filled sky.
Day 3: Erg Chigaga – Nomad Families – Iriqui Lake – Foum Zguid
Wake up to a peaceful desert sunrise and enjoy breakfast in the dunes. Today’s route takes us through the heart of the wild Sahara, where you will meet nomad families and learn about their traditional way of life.
We cross the vast, dried Lake Iriqui, a breathtaking and rarely visited landscape. The journey continues through remote desert tracks and rocky plains toward the town of Foum Zguid.
Dinner and overnight stay in a comfortable guesthouse or hotel.
Day 4: Foum Zguid – Anti-Atlas – Taznakht – Marrakech
After breakfast, we begin the return journey to Marrakech through the striking landscapes of the Anti-Atlas Mountains. We pass through Taznakht, a town famous for its handmade Berber carpets and local craftsmanship.
We arrive back in Marrakech in the late afternoon, marking the end of an unforgettable desert experience
